These parts come with every edition of CACIQUE360, whatever your type of business.
Built-in accounting
Double-entry ledger for each company, invoices, bills, payments, bank import and matching, month close, trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet. Entries between your own companies are posted on both sides.
Customer portal
Customers sign in with an emailed code to see their quotes, shipments, documents and invoices.
Compliance checklists
Filing and licence checklists by type of business, with due dates.
Denied-party screening
Every new party is checked against the U.S. Consolidated Screening List, updated daily.
Documents
Files kept with each shipment; customers see only the files you mark as visible.
Audit log
A permanent record of who changed what, and when.

DCSA Track & Trace events and DCSA electronic bill of lading data for your partners.

Separate and secure
Each edition runs separately, with its own database and document storage, so one company's records are never mixed with another's. Staff sign in through a protected login, and customers sign in to their own portal with a one-time code sent by email.
